This buffet in Flushing is located on the fourth floor of Hotel Point with validated parking. This restaurant offers a variety of dining options including dim sum, sushi, ramen, seafood, steak, peking duck, desserts, etc... The buffet is open at 5:30pm on Saturday and I went there 15 minutes earlier. The line does get really long and the wait will be at least 1 hr. They served us lobsters when I got seated. Seafood so fresh. Monday-Thursday $52.99 for adults, $26.50 for children 4-5 ft, and $13.25 for children 3-4 ft Friday-Sunday $54.99 for adults, $27.50 for children 4-5 ft, and $13.75 for children 3-4 ft After dinner, you can even check up their Rooftop. With a purchase of drink, you can enjoy the view and relax.

I came with my family (a party of 6) on Friday a little after 11:30 am, which is when the buffet opens. To my surprise, there was a small crowd at around opening time! But we were still able to get seated rather quickly. It's a very spacious buffet with an extensive selection of food! I usually go for the sushi and seafood, which I find are decent quality. Those items seem the most popular and are always restocked quickly. There's also a lot of fried food, Chinese dishes, and a dessert bar. Every time I come here, I always leave pretty stuffed. Great buffet place since the food selection is so big, they'll have something for everyone, from kids to adults.

We came to try The Buffet for lunch on a weekday (adult is $31.99) close to opening at 11:30am and was surprised that there were already a decent amount of people queuing up to get food. For an AYCE buffet, I don't expect the highest quality of food, but I liked how there were a good amount of options and overall the food was decent. The quality is comparable to some Chinese restaurants I've had. Staff is quick to clean up dishes when you leave the table and they are attentive if you need anything. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor inside the Hotel de Point, it is very spacious, and they validate parking at the end of the meal, so feel free to park in their lot.

One of the better AYCE buffets. Pricier but worth it. Food: huge selection of sushi, sashimi, bao station, hibachi and wide assortment of meat, seafood options. They have crab legs and restock often so you're not fighting people for it or waiting on a huge line. They also have oysters- can't rate since I haven't tried them. Service: we were a party of 6 which doesn't require reservations. I had arrived earlier so I was able to put my name on the list while I awaited the rest of the group to arrive. Once all arrived, promptly seated. The two kids found things they liked and the adults were stuffed. Ambiance: typical restaurant. Nothing special. Bathrooms were clean and had those plastic rotating seat covers. Everything was clean. Forgot to take photos. Will do so next time.

The food is great with a lot of selections. From the hot bar, I want to highlight the abalone and the lamb chop; from the sushi bar, I want to highlight the Umi hand roll. The drink and tip is included in the price. You can ask for all kinds of drinks including bubble teas through out the dining time. I love the variety of their dessert selections and the one-bite size of the dessert. It allows me to enjoy different kinds of dessert without worry about taking up too much space in my stomach. The service is good. However the parking might be a little trouble. The waiting time in the weekend might be long. We wait 2 hours before being seated even we arrived around 5:25 PM (they open at 5:30 PM). There are a lot of people. The overall environment is pretty typical buffet.

Went back again and still impressed with this amazing Chinese Buffet. They have everything from soup to dessert. The food is fresh, the staff is helpful and friendly. Just a note that there are healthy choices and many vegetarian dishes as well.

As recommended by reviews, we got there 30 minutes early on a saturday, before their dinner service opened at 5 pm, and there were already a group of people waiting on line. The place looked pretty spacious, even with the swarm of people gathering around the plates of food. We waited to be seated, but first ordered our drinks. I wasn't a fan of their milk tea, as it tasted watered down but we were really here for the food. I loved their raw bar - oyster, clams, sashimi, as well as their cooked seafood and cuts of meats (steak, lamb chop, duck) but was disappointed that they did not have any lobster. Mango sago, ice-cream, chocolate churros, and fried mochi balls were great desserts to end the meal. All in all, I'd say the Buffet met my standards, but their price point ($60 pp for dinner) is too high for what they offer. I would come again only during lunchtime $35 pp or $32 on weekdays, as their menus aren't much different.

Visited The Buffet for lunch on a Saturday. It's located inside the Hotel de Point, on the fourth floor. They validate parking as well, so feel free to park in their lot. We were seated pretty quickly. It is a large room with large floor to ceiling windows so you can take in the views of Queens lol. The buffet is located in the center and it has a lot of different options, including dim sum, sushi, a ramen bar, and various hot foods. The selections include much more than the typical Chinese takeout options you'd find at a normal Chinese buffet. I especially enjoyed the Peking duck and was surprised to find they even had frog legs. Lunch price for Saturday was only $35 and it included drinks. It was a pretty good deal and the food wasn't bad for the price.
